Course Description: This course will address the application of theories of learning and human development in selecting teaching strategies and instructional resources for family and consumer sciences. The course will include long-range planning; classroom management, laboratory management, assessment and program evaluation, marketing/ public relations, FCCLA and methods of teaching. |
