Emphasis will be placed upon the values underlying

Instructor Biography:
Dr. Allen Whitlatch is an Assistant Professor of Educational Leadership at South Dakota State University, formerly a school superintendent in Iowa 1977-2003. He teaches undergraduate and graduate Human Relations/Cultural Diversity courses, graduate courses in School Law, Finance and Public Relations. He has worked extensively with American Indian groups and is currently a consultant for the American Indian Social Research Institute in Sioux Falls, SD.
