Course Description: This course will introduce students to the breadth of considerations involved in Native American resource management. Included in the course are theoretical frameworks, methodological investigations and applied practices by which we will explore the impact of structural inequality, globalization and sovereignty on planning, sustainability and development of natural resources on the reservation. This course is available only to graduate students registered in the Community Development Option. |
